Interior costs depend on your specific home dimensions, chosen materials, hardware brands and the number of rooms. A site visit lets us measure every space and give you an itemised, exact quotation — the ranges here are realistic starting points to help you plan.

The three biggest cost drivers are: (1) Shutter finish — laminate is the most affordable, PU Finish costs 2× more; (2) Hardware brand — Häfele or Grass fittings cost more than standard brands but last decades longer; (3) Countertop material — Granite < Quartz < Marble.

Absolutely. Most clients start with a Premium base and upgrade specific items — e.g., PU finish for kitchen shutters but laminate for utility or bedroom wardrobes. We quote each combination transparently.

All starting prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST on furniture manufacturing and installation is 18%. Your final invoice will show a complete GST breakdown and is fully GSTIN-compliant.

Yes — 0% interest EMI for up to 24 months on projects above ₹5 Lakh, via our banking partners. Available on Kotak, HDFC and Bajaj Finance. Ask our consultant to activate it at booking.

Kitchen-only: 3–5 days installation after factory production (total 30–40 days including design). Complete home: 15–25 days of site work depending on scope. You receive a day-by-day schedule before we start.

Yes. Adding new cabinets, changing countertops or upgrading hardware later is possible. We maintain all your design files and measurements for 10 years, making future additions seamless.

Appliances are included in the Premium+ and Luxury packages. In the Essential package, provision (wiring, duct, cutout) is made — you choose and buy the appliance separately, or we can supply Kutchina at a preferential rate as authorized dealers.
